UNION BUDGET 2018-2019 REFLECTION FROM THE MARGINS 5PM TO 8 PM, 6TH FEBRUARY 2018 DY SPEAKER HALL, CONSTITUTION CLUB OF INDIA
As you know that the union budget 2018-2019 has once again failed to keep the people promises towards acchedin and continued betrayal through non-Allocation on development of the people at margins.
In continuation to this DSG has done budget analysis for the year 2018-2019 and looked into the current government’s budget, its corporate friendly policies and budget formulation tactics which have hampered the basic idea of Welfare State and its mandate of Development of communities at margins.
To share the issues and demands in budget , we are organizing a Conference on union budget 2018-2019 reflection from the margins with exclusive focus on Handloom, Fisheries, Dalits , Adivasis ,Forest , Agriculture , Banking and financing , Urban Housing , Rural development , Land & Higher Education.
During the Conference a budget analysis report highlighting riddles and knots of budgetary provisions and administrative mechanism will be released in the gracious presence of Honourable Members of Parliament. In this meeting Civil Society activist, social scientist, academicians will also join to share the pains and demands from the Union budget 2018-2019
