The latest episode of violence at Delhi’s Ramjas College has once again prompted everyone to talk about the violent politics of the ABVP, the RSS’s student wing.
The student body was widely condemned after it emerged that one of its senior functionaries, Satender Awana, had allegedly ‘beat up’ a rival student leader inside India News TV.
This came after a video of Awana abusing his female teacher went viral.
However, hundreds of kilometers away fro Delhi at Banaras Hindu University, some of ABVP students are visibly perturbed over constant negative media coverage.
