Following the decision to abrogate Sections 370 and 35A on August 5, the Jammu and Kashmir will be officially bifurcated from October 31 into two union territories: Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

 
 
Following the decision to abrogate Sections 370 and 35A on August 5, the Jammu and Kashmir will be officially bifurcated from October 31 into two union territories: Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. The erstwhile state that enjoyed the special status until recently, will no longer be even a state. Although RSS and BJP have achieved what they had aimed for, are Kashmiris happy with it? According to senior journalist Urmilesh, these developments constitute a tragedy for the so-called paradise on the earth.
