In complete violation of constitutional principles and the Rajasthan law that regulates vendors, Bal Mukund Acharya, who won the election with a narrow margin of 974 votes, was seen moving around the Muslim majority, Hawa Mahal constituency trying to bully policemen to "shut down" Unlicensed stalls selling non-vegetarian delicacies. A video of him doing this before having been sworn in as a member of the newly elected state assembly went viral on social media last night.
