In a talk organised by the Mumbai Collective, eminent scholar Raosaheb Kasbe talks about the alarming instances of vigilantism, and the rise in violence and lynchings in the name of religion, that have increased over the past three years. He also talks about the unscientific notions, like the study of ancient vedas, that are being propagated by certain right-wing organisations for their own political purposes. During times like these, the need of the hour, according to him, is to join hands with all those who oppose these things,regardless of our personal differences, and fight against it unitedly.
