A second incident of army firing occurred in Shopian district of Kashmir where six people lost their lives. While two were militants, the other four have been categorized under the confusing term of over-ground workers. Apart from the question of who an over-ground worker is, the sequence of events narrated by the army also raise a lot of doubts about what actually went down. To discuss the incident, Newsclick spoke to democratic rights activist Gautam Navlakha.
