Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar-led BJP government has been talking about the Beti Bachao- Beti Padhao Campaign but their deeds are contradictory in nature. Chandigarh Police was pressurized to dilute the case against Vikas Barala, son of BJP leader Subhash Barala, and his friend Ashish Kumar, who were earlier arrested for stalking and intimidating the 29-year-old Varnika Kundu last week.
