Karnataka police picked up 61 people including 15 minors and 25, mostly rag pickers on suspicion of them being Bangladeshi. Without producing them to the court, they have sent them to West Bengal to hand them over to the border security forces, who in turn will hand to the Border Guards of Bangladesh.
