Watch: Teesta Setalvad and Mihir Desai on ALL INDIA NPR-NRC and CAB
On 12th December, addressing the press, senior journalist and activist Teesta Setalvad and senior advocate Mihir Desai spoke about the NRC in Assam and its aftermath and the possible consequences of an All India NPR-NRC . They went on to talk about the unconstitutionality of the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) and how it can create an environment of overwhelming hate and violence.
